Dmitry, it is not an easy DIY'er job, but somebody with the right tools and th right experience might be able to handle it. Apple part number for the connector is 514-0671 and it is defined as a SPDIF-TXRX-K24.

This is a custom Apple part. I once tried to locate a pin compatible replacement and was unable to.

I found the jack, but no any trace of pinout :(

What are the last four digits of your computers serial number? check for the 820-XXXX number on your logicboard and let us know what those numbers are.
