i have an macbook pro 15" when i power on it for 3 second display is black and hard drive led flash 5 times then macbook pro power on but not recognize hard drive
i replace hard drive and so i replace hard drive data cable but problem not fix please help me

To start with here's a good writeup on the boot up process and the error conditions, Apple TN: Intel-based Mac: Startup sequence and error codes, symbols.
From what it sounds like your RAM is bad or not correctly seated in the slots. Try removing one of the memory modules one at a time to see if that makes a difference.

thank you for answer but there is no beep sound only 5 times flash h.d.d led and macbook turn on but hard drive not detect

Your logic board has a problem, SMC services controls the Sleep LED and has lost communication with your CPU's controller logic.
