I completely took apart an old Toshiba laptop i had to salvage for parts, I removed the screen and I have been meaning to use it as a second display for my computer, the only problem is that I can't find any LCD Controller Boards with HDMI compatible with this screen.
The screen in question is a Samsung LTN160AT01-001 LCD Screen

Thomas Varas, yes those are hard to come by. MY suggestion would be to find a datasheet for your screen and compare it to the datasheet of the supported panels that a particular vendor offers. thos hacks are most of the time not as straight forward as it seems but will require some hardware mods.
