Why doesn't my Jam Classic Wireless Speaker ever connect?

Ok I bought the speaker and everything worked fine until I didn't use one day and the next day when I put on the switch the bluetooth button just stays on but not connects and the aux doesn't work but it use to work can some one please help me

Do you hear the it startup when you slide the switch? It makes a throbbing sound.

Also have you tried charging the speaker via the USB cable & charger plug.

Yes have charged it the blue light is on, it shows up on blue tooth and it's buffeting help
