you can change the glass on a nexus 5?

My idea is to buy the glass on Ebay and change (I've done on a Galaxy S2 and Note 2)

My question is if the glass is just glass? or functions as touch?

This can be changed without changing the LCD?

This stuck? because I read that this merged

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

The Nexus 5 glass is like the Galaxy S2 and Note 2's in the sense that removing it, the touch and LCD will still work. Unfortunately, the LCD is basically paper thin so unless you have the proper equipment to take it apart, you are risking the LCD. I would save my money on the glass and buy the whole LCD. But simply, yeah, the glass is just glass.
