LCD screen problem after changing front and digitizer

After replacing a cracked front on the iPhone 3G, which in turn changed the digitizer I have been left with a problem with the LCD screen.

I think I may have damaged it on removal, the following link shows a picture.

I was just wondering whether a new LCD would fix this, or have I messed something else up too?

Thanks.

It looks like you accidentally cracked the LCD when you were replacing the front panel. Replacing the LCD would fix the problem.

That's what I would say too. It is easy to remove the LCD with a lot of patience, but even easier to crack it with haste. In the future try to avoid putting any pressure in any one point or prying on it.
