Why is there a blue screen?
I was using my laptop when it give me a blue screen. Since then my computer keeps giving me a blue screen when I turn it on.

Hi,
Do you have beeps when you try to start it?
First reset the BIOS, without battery and power charger press and hold the Power On button for more then 30 sec.
Second, try to start it without HDD, Try with different memory modules.
Try to switch it on with connected external monitor. (in this situation if you have a picture, you have a problem with the LCD display or the flex cable).
If this not help you, you must go to a laptop service.
