The USB port is soldered to the main board. You must have enough experience if you want to replace it. Other wise it's a good idea to search for a professional service if you don't want to brake your mobile phone.

Standard usb samsung "connector", will cost bunch of dollars on ebay. You will need a soldering iron and many other things.
