Front Camera + Speaker Not Working after Power Button Replacement

I replaced the power button on my iPhone 5 using a part and guides from iFixit.

After replacement, the front camera, proximity sensor stopped working entirely.

The speaker only works when I squeeze the front and back of the bottom right of the phone. I took it back apart and looked to see if the speaker wire was seated correctly and it looked fine, put it back together and had the same problem.

Any ideas what could cause any of these?
