MacBook Pro will not turn on after being opened

I had a stripped screw holding the fan. The screw was the irrelevant one to the board. I drilled the screw so fine, but due the process, the battery was not disconnected and tiny parts from the screw got out of it while I was drilling. After drilling was finished, there was more of the screw's metal parts in the screw hole. I blew them away. I got the fan serviced and replaced the stripped screw with a new one. Afterwards, my laptop won't turn on at all. While the parts were still open, I noticed that the chip from the photo heats up when I press the power button but no signs of machine turning on and it will be remained heated until I unplug the battery. (Or if the battery is already unplugged and the system wants to start with AC, the chip will be remained heated until I unplug the AC) Do you have any ideas what my problem is and how to fix it? I tried to restart the SMC, but no luck powering up the machine. The battery indicator works fine by the way.
