Why does the touch screen on my device responds slowly?

The touch screen on my device always lags when I use it. I took the cover off my device and nothing changed. The device is fully charged and seems to work properly otherwise.

Hi if you are talking about the Gear 2, the advise is not to use any cover for the screen.
