Headphone Jack is Damaged.
My headphone jack is not working properly. When i plug in any headphones no sound can be heard on the right headphone, only the left one works. What is the fix for this?
Is this a good question?

Assuming you've tried a different set of headphones and your sound is still acting up, i would say go to the Accessibility tab in Settings and be sure the Mono option isn't checked. It's only supposed to convert stereo audio to mono for single-speaker plug-ins, but it may be glitching. Otherwise, you probably have a faulty headphone jack.
If it isn't a setting, you may have a damaged headphone jack, it is easily replaced if you go to this link:

Checked with different set of headphones, mono setting also turned off. Wireless bluetooth headphones work fine. That means it is probably the headphone jack.

Have you tried using a different pair of headphones? Do you remember when the issue started happening?
