Turning on....

Hi All,

I have just replaced my front panel, following the step by step guide. Once completed i have tried to turn the phone on.... but nothing?

I can hear the standard tone when you connect a charger but nothing else?

Help please...

The first course of action is to double-check all 3 connections from the display assembly to the rest of the iPhone. Does this fix your problem?

If the connectors are in, it is possible that the display is bad.

It is also possible that the front panel was not the problem in the first place. What necessitated replacing the front panel?

Hi Ben,

The front panel was cracked, the phone still worked up until i have replaced the screen about an hour ago. So the phone should be ok? i have checked all 3 connections and reconnected. Still nothing when trying to turn on?
