Replacing the internal storage

One day when I woke up, my phone reboot continuously. It happens every time when I put the battery in it and open it.

There are some important photos saved in the internal storage. I think it is quite silly but Is it possible that I buy a new galaxy s II and replace the old internal storage into the new one in order to get my photo?

Steven yip, not unless you have all the proper tools to desolder and perform a reball of the Memory IC, which is a BGA IC. If these photos are that important to you, I suggest a commercial recovery service $$$. Hope this helps, good luck.
