I striped two out of the three screws that belong to the fan my macbook pro is a 2009. What I cant do it getting the striped screws out I really need some ideas because I bought a new fan and its just sitting there waiting to be put in.

Just so we're on the same page here: the screws head is stripped, not the threads.
You can try using a Pin vise to grab the head body using care not to damage the surrounding parts. Otherwise you'll need to drill out the screw head just be careful you protect the system from the metal shavings.
