i replaced the battery a couple days ago and it worked now nothing

Options

Try a hard reset!

If still nothing try old battery again c if phone switches on!

i did and still nothing i am freaking out did i damage something

Plug into iTunes and see does it recognise it?

It might be powering on but the display is damaged.
