My iPhone 4 crash when in working or also in my hand.

My iphone4 restarting when I plugged it in to power for charging but when I closed it to ice or reduce it temperature its working very good. please help me to fix it.

First thing I would try is a new battery this is common with boot issues

NO any other damage seen in it but it restart again and again with apple logo see on the screen and I hold home and power button together for 10 second and my phone power off. when it remain for 10 - 15 minute I can turn it on but ...

We dont have any app store in Iran to solve my problem please help me.
