Is the iPad 2 GPS antenna the same as the 3g antenna?

I accidentally ripped the GPS antenna in an iPad 2 CDMA clean off. Trying to find a replacement part, not a lot comes up for GPS antenna (as per the guide), but if I look for the 3G antenna, lots of results come up, and the antennae seem to look identical. Which one can I use?

The iPad no longer connects to a 3G network at all. In fact, once cellular is switched on it says "No Service" immediately, no searching or anything. Should I be concerned about this? It seems very quick to say no service...

Answer this question I have this problem too

Ordered a "3G" antenna from a 3rd party. Worked fine as a replacement.
