How to remove Uncrypted.exe virus from Cyberpower desktop?

I have a .exe file on my computer that keeps coming back. I end the task using task manager, and go to the file location and delete it. I have used Spyhunter 4 premium to disable it but that doesn't work. This virus made AVG, Skype, Malwarebytes, and Spybot Search and destroy all unusable. PLEASE HELP!!

Calvin Hawkins, I would suggest that you get something like Kaspersky Virus removal tool (or any other one that does not require your OS to start up). Simply set your BIOS to boot from USB and install the virus removal tool on a USB drive. Those tools will scan your drive without invoking the OS and most of the time remove the virus. If you absolutely have no luck with that, I would suggest a Linux Live CD and remove any urgently needed files from your computer to a CD/DVD (make sure that you scan those files for viruses after), then reformat your drive, reinstall your OS and a good antivirus program. Hope this helps, good luck

You'll need to boot up under a different disk fresh OS (one that is clean) with a good antivirus program on it. If that fails you'll need to wipe the drive down and re-install everything! Have you been making backups? you'll need to copy off your stuff onto an external drive to then run the antivirus before you access any (you wouldn't want to re-infect your self).
