When I answer a phone call from anyone I can not hear the person voice who is calling me nor the person can hear my voice. My iPhone shows full signal but still problem continues. It is really a problem in a building or in my room. I want to know is there a problem with my iPhone or there is a setting problem?

so on a call your mic and speaker are not working?
if that the case its the audio ic chip is not connecting right and will need a resolder
