Cannot find the corrrect fastener remover

I have a Delonghi Espresso machine 15 bar 120v model.

When making a brew, the water will continually drip from the boiler diluting the expresso, or the steamed milk. I can probably figure out what is wrong if I could get into it, but they have some kind of torx I have never seen before. I called the company and a few of their service dealers and they all claim it is far too complicated for me and for my protection, they will not release the name of the fastener, or sell me a tool to get into it. Obviously they wish me to UPS it to them and give them the repair.

These "torx" are buried inside of a long tube, so it was very hard to shine a light and take a picture, but I managed to get a couple in focus for identification.

I I could have someone give me the name of the screw, I will then hunt for a tool, and if I am really lucky, someone might know if this is just a bad hose or not.
