How can I repair scratches in an iPhone 4 screen?

Hi There,

I've had my iPhone now since September last year and even with iOS 7 slowing it down I still love it!

There were scratches on the screen when I originally bought it, but now I want to fix them.

Can anyone recommend any guides, products or techniques for getting rid of them?

I have heard of people using scrach remover used for glasses have a google at it see what you come up with!
