speaker broken after installing new dock connector

Hello,

i have an iPhone 4 and my internal mic was not working.

I bought a new dock connector - mic item and installed it according to ifixit.

EVERYTHING works: wifi, calls, the mic etc

BUT not the speaker!!?

Did i do something wrong?

If i remember correctly the WIFI+speaker item has only ONE connection to the board? the one cabel?

Or did i forget to connect someting?

There are two prongs on the back of the speaker and they connect til two gold contacts on the dock connector make sure that they are touching them by just springing them out a little with your finger if this doesn't work it could be a faulty dock or broken speaker .. Trouble shoot this by installing old dock and see if speakers work
