Dropped my phone white screen/inverted colors

I had dropped my phone not from a huge height but 1-2 ft and now my screen is mostly white however i can faintly see the screen there are no cracks which surprised me anyone knows what the problem is I also took it apart and made sure the flex cables were secure. I assumed it was an LCD damage i hope its no more. The colors are inverted and mostly white im guessing its an LCD issue because ive had a problem like this however not with an iphone. Its not a setting problem its not the "general", "accesibillity", "Black on White" ive tried that its just the phone screen is acting up. Thats a picture below of how it looks curently after the drop.

Sure looks more of an backlight on situation instead of inverted. Anyhow, start with a new display.

Options

Youll need a new screen. Probably got damaged when you dropped your phone. The screen didn't break but obviously something broke internally. Only way to fix this is to replace your screen.
