Keeps getting hot then shuts down?
How do I get the bottom off? I took all the screwa out but it wouldn't come off. I figure it is dirty or fans need to be replaced.

Chuck, got to this page and scroll all the way down to "Links to the Dell service and setup guides" and click on the "inspiron-15-intel-n5010_servic.pdf" link. That will download the service manual. Check your work against the manual. Hope this helps, good luck.

I have the same problem every 6 month. you need to take it apart and take the dust off the the grill of the fan.
