How to mount my external sd card without operating system?

few days ago I acidentaly deleted my operating system and i cant reinstall it again and I cant mount my micro sd card... if is there any way to mount my sd card I can install operating system

men that is weird. OS is a pre-requisite like you basically can't do anything without it like how will your tab function without it??? LOL
