USB Connector Cable torn down

Hey guys,

I have made a disply replacement on my Lumia 920. Thanks for the tutorial. It works!

Unfortunately I torn down the USB Cable at the begin of the disassembly. I bought a new one. The same problem with the new one. In the moment when I am closing the case the cable is squeezed and then its torn down.

Is it possible to make a soldering or to use any glue?

Hi,

You can not use soldering option here unless you are willing to risk your device for soldering however you have to buy a new usb cable and connect it if you think you can not achieve that percision then take it to a local repair shop for fitting the case after plugging usb cable. Try to keep a steady hand while fitting if you give it a retry.

Hi,

thanks for your quick reply. OK I will try it a third time with a new usb cable. Hope not to squeeze the connector.
