No Bootable Device Message
When I turn the laptop on I get message No Bootable Device. I am told the drive is bad? Do I just put a bullet in it or can it be fixed?
Is this a good question?

Jack, it sure sounds like your computer can not find your OS. You can try and go into the BIOS, change your boot order and try to boot with an OS disk. Ultimately, if that fails and if your BIOS, as well as another OS (like Linux) can not find your OS or HDD, just replace it. It is relatively easy on your computer. Then reinstall your OS. Here is the guide that shows how to replace your drive. Hope this helps, good luck.
