Can I change CPU for this Mac?
Now I have intel i7 4770k but I think I need more, can I change it to 6core CPU?

Your i7 4770 uses a FCLGA1150 socket. The 6core extreme uses a FCLGA1366 socket.
There is no way you can switch the chips.
Your best bet here if you really need more horse power is to wait for the new Mac Pro and get it. It's expected to be out next month.
