Small line kind if glitch on the Display of my phone

Hey. I have dropped my phone a LOT of times, but there was no problems, and yesterday, i was in the car,and the car took a really deep turn,and my phone just flew out of the window from my phone and it litterally flew to the other side of the street. It works fine. Msgs,videos,charging everything . But the prob is there's a smal line glitch type on the display screen. and the line keeps um increasing.so I'm really worried! What to i do? Please help!

While i was typing this.that glitch just decreased.i have no idea what's going on with my phone! what i think is,if i just dont use my phone for a while that glitch increases.and decreases when i use it. Sounds crazy yes, so pls help!:)
