Unable to Upgrade my OS on HTC Incredible S...

Pls anyone out there help me. Im stuck with this problem from last 3 days, and I have searched each and every forum for this issue.

Im using HTC Incredible S. Currently on

Android Version 2.3.3

Software# 2.12.707.5

Whenever I try updating it it says: THERE ARE NO UPDATES AVAILABLE FOR YOUR PHONE.

Im new to android and have very limited knowledge about it. Pls help me with this issue.
