Replaced screen and now phone doesn't power on?

Pretty simple, I replaced the screen on an iPhone 4S and now it will not power on or respond to hard reset or being plugged in. I do notice that after being plugged in for a minute or two, the logic board gets a little warm but still no sign of life. I've taken it apart to check and reseat the connectors three times now, I'm stumped.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Examine the battery connector carefully. It's easy to break away from the logic board if you are less than gentle when disconnecting the battery.
