My Phone signal getting very poor,almost unavailable

I have been facing this problem of phone network signal droping in my sony xperia P phone. It was all okay for the last 9 months.But recently its seems significant low network strength, alomost none. I have checked my SIM by working in other phones, It shows no problem of low signal strength. Is it unique to xperia P device. is it repairable. Please suggest
