repair MBPr ram IC
Look I know everybody says that the ram is not replaceable.
I have a lot of soldering experience. All i want to know is if anyone knows of a place where i can buy the memory IC.
Is this a good question?

No so fast here... There's more to it than just changing out the RAM chips. The Memory controller will need additional control lines to the chips to enable the higher address of the larger chips you will be using.
Best to wait for next years model ;-}
