Update Ipad2 wi-fi Bluetooth

I read on site "Pafers" a T-Kit works on ipad 3.0 and +.

T-Kit is a bluetooth equipment we can install on indoor cycle for training and the part works with ipad.

I like to know if we can upgrade the bluetooth module in iPad 2

Sorry No you can't upgrade you iPad2 to the newer Bluetooth standard.

Only the newer generations of iPads have Bluetooth 4.0 services.
