iPhone 4 logic board loud speaker is distorted

The loudspeaker (as in the bottom speaker) becomes distorted when the volume is raised further than half way, I put the logic board into a fully working iPhone 4 and the same thing happened so the problem is definitely in the logic board (btw I have been in and out of my iPhone about a 100 times as I like to change the screen colours) I'm not really sure how to fix this but hopefully you guys can help as I'm planning on selling my phone as I've ordered the 5s! Thanks for your help, Nick

If the issue is not with the speaker then there might me some problem with charging port jack (as it connect speakers & mic too). You can try by cleaning the on board jack with isopropyle alcohol and for safe side you can also try by replacing the loud speaker that might can work.

Ill try that out, but where is the 'on board jack' which I have to clean? I have another logic board and am looking for a difference but at the moment I cannot see one (the other logic board works perfectly) thanks
