I can't restore/upgrade iOS

I have a paperweight! It's stuck in a boot loop. I was running 6.1.2 JB evasi0n. I tried to update to iOS 7 because I couldn't restore 6.1.2. Now, I get errors when trying to restore/update.

The whole point was to fix, what I thought was a software problem. After replacing the screen it just kept searching for signal. I tried changing the time/date. I replaced the antenna, the blue chip by the antenna is fine.

Please help.

The best way it to take your phone into DFU mode (for this you can follow a YouTube tutorials) then restore and update it completely but please note in this way you may lose all of your data.
