Planning to replace the uppercase

Hi, I recently bought the uppercase from eBay however it comes with NO keyboard and other embedded ribbon, so I want to know despite of replacing the keyboard, is there any other tough stuff do I need to remove from my old case e.g the ribbon which is stick on the case?

Currently I know seems I need to remove the speaker, battery detector, and anymore?

Thanks

Ouch! Somehow you got a barebones upper case. Apple sells the upper case with everything on it. Unless you got it for a song I would return it and go to another supplier.

FYI - You can't get the other parts from Apple (other than trackpad) and we're just starting to get the keyboard for some of the models via other sources. So if you mess up you'll need to buy a complete upper case still again.

I would even go with a used or refurbished upper case if you can find one at a good price.
