I have my computer set for no pop ups, however I keep getting pop ups from ad-xtendmedia. I have looked in the control panel and cannot figure out if it is related to something I might have downloaded. How do I get rid of it? I have CC Cleaner and it does not get rid of this.

Thank you! I followed all of the steps and it looks like the pesky malware has been eliminated. BTW enjoyed the feature on you company and traveling to Australia to get your hands on the new iPhone.
