Get Error while uploading images on FB Low internal Memory

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 GT-P3100

Whenever I try to upload photo on Facebook (I use Google Chrome), I get an error which reads something like "Unable to Load image as Low Internal Memory".

Tried using devices default browser, no use. whenever I try to upload image, the page refreshes and takes me to my Google Homepage.

UCBrowser doesnt allow us to upload images on FB, it says one needs to mail it to Facebook.

Any idea regarding this issue.

This problem has cropped up very recently. I used to upload images without a hitch....untill now
