Can you Increase to 32GB?

Is it possible to increase an iPhone 4 16GB to a 32GB? I have a broken screen on a 32GB and am wondering if I can upgrade the perfectly good 16GB.

The internal memory of an iPhone cannot be upgraded.

If it's the same version of iPhone, the 16 and the 32 you can change the screen from the 16 to the 32.
