What is the maximum capacity of hard drive that can be installed

When replacing the hard drive in my Dell Latitude E5400, what it the largest capacity drive the unit will take?

Nick, just replaced one with a Western Digital 1TB SATA drive. Not sure how much bigger you need to go ...Hope this helps, good luck.

I think this is the answer you are looking for: 2TB.

But technically:

You can boot from either a 2.19TB drive or 9.4ZB drive depending on whether your laptop has a BIOS(2TB) or UEFI(9.4ZB).
