Videocon DIGI ATLANTIC 6.0 Kg Washing machine is washing properly. But during the rinse mode it is not rinsing. And also not spinning in the Spin mode.

It may be full of water. Check the drain hose and make sure it isn't clogged. Newer washers won't spin if they are full of water to prevent flooding your washroom.
