3DS - 2 Black screens, Blue LED, Charge LED works.

I need help troubleshooting this problem.

Symptoms:

- 2 black screens when you turn it on.

- Blue LED stays on.

- Charging LED also works.

- No sound when turning the 3DS on.

- Really fast flicker of both screens when you turn it on. (barely noticeable)

The 3DS has fallen. No visible damage. I'm guessing that an LCD is defective. Any way to determine which one?

Any other ideas?
