What have you tried? Have you tried a hard reset, a restore? Does iTunes and/or your computer still recognize your iPhone? Have you tried to charge it?

i tried to charge but not responding, itried to connect to itunes but no ditection

Did you try a different cable? Tried a different computer port? did you try a AC adapter? Did anything happen to the phone or did this just start?

You need to charge it with the big ipad charger (original one)Ipad chargers are more powerful and it will wake your phone, it is like a special support! Don't forget to wait 5-20 minutes. If you don't have an ipad charger just go to apple store and plug your phone one of theirs.
