My iPod had a broken touchscreen. It still worked fine, but has had several cracks. After replacement of the defective part I have the problem, that all colours seem to be inverted, i. e. that black turns to white, red to green...and so on. I am shure, that I did everything correct. Until today I could not find any hint how to repair this. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance.

does it look like described here ?
some say that the inverted screen is "only" a defective screen

i have the same problem right now and have a new lcd on the way. i'll let you know if that fixes it

I had the same fault with my ipod touch 2nd generation, I have fitted a new Lcd screen which sorted the problem out.
