post an image of your screen with your question, so that we see what you see. Right now it could be a bad LCD as well as a loose cable.

If you still can see the image, and it's not physically damaged, most likely the connector got "loose" some how. You will have to do the daunty task of taking it apart, disconnect the LCD from both the board and the LCD itself, and reconnect it back up and close it up.
