iMac only loads blank screen with file folder in center then nothing

I GOT A iMac G5 17" Model A1058 AND EVERY TIME I TURN IT ON IT THE BLANK SCREEN AND WITH THE APPLE IMAGE AND THE LOADING CIRCLE COME ON AND AFTER THAT IT WONT GO TO MY DESKTOP - IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN FIX IT???

Options

This happens when no bootable system is detected. You may boot on a recovery key or Disc and repair your disc. You also can make an OS X clean install.
