Help to identify destroyed SMD components on MB Pro logic board
I have a late 2008 MacBook Pro 15" that needs repair. Someone was too aggressive when installing the Bluetooth/wifi/isight cable and their screwdriver or similar tool slipped TWICE (or more) and they popped two SMD components off the board. I think I have identified them as a 0.1uF ceramic capacitor and a 90ohm choke coil. If someone could verify and identify the exact models I should use to repair that would be great. I have attached two photos. One has the destroyed components circled and the other shows the board model which is a 820-2330-A.
Thanks for any help!
Here is a zoomed out picture. The components are directly in front of the isight/Bluetooth/wifi connector.
Is this a good question?

Thanks for the help.
These are the ones I think are correct. If you can verify or let me know the correct ones if these are wrong.
Capacitor,
Choke Coil

Yes, those parts from Digikey.com will work too. Mouser and Digikey are on top of my list for parts, but shipping sometimes bites:-)

Got it repaired today. Working fine now. Solder paste and rework station used to do the repair. Thanks again for verifying those parts for me.
