Identifying water damaged IC on logic board

Some water spilled under a macbook pro and got inside around the fan exit. Now, it charges the battery but doesn't turn on, no fan, no sound. It does SMC reset (the charger light turns red and then back to green again) so I know keyboard and power button works (on/off pads on logic board didn't turn it on either). The battery is good. I opened it and found where the water got on logic board. It was very little water but it shorted one of the IC's. I cleaned all the residue but it didn't help. I might attempt to change/resolder that IC if possible. Can somebody identify it? It has a label KO384 OH4 626C. I circled it on the pictures. Thanks,

Emre, that is reference designator Q7620 which is a RJK0384DPA - Silicon N Channel Power MOS FET with Schottky Barrier Diode High Speed Power Switching - Renesas Technology Corp. It is part of the CPU VTT(1.05V) supply circuit. The datasheet is available right here. Hope this helps, good luck.

Thanks :) I wonder if changing this part only will fix the problem.
